Payments
All prices are listed in SGD. Evermore accepts all major credit cards.
Ready-to-Wear
Payment is required in full once the order has been placed.
Made-to-Order
For custom and made-to-order pieces, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the piece, prior to delivery
Quotes
Bespoke quotes are valid for 5 days only. This is due to constant changes in the economy which affect gold and gemstone prices.
Terms of Services
Every Evermore jewel is handcrafted to order, and typically takes 6–12 weeks to complete unless it is already in stock.
Because each bespoke piece is created especially for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please check your ring size carefully — resizing may be possible on some designs for an additional fee. Please note not all rings can be resized.
Our jewellery is crafted using traditional artisanal methods, which means no two pieces are ever identical. Small variations in stone colour, texture, or finish are natural and part of what makes your piece truly one of a kind.
